Superhero Wedding Theme
If you're finally marrying your superhero and you want to celebrate your special day in superhero style, opt for this funky fairytale theme. This takes colours, spandex and plenty of imagination to accomplish, but your guests are assured of really fun, memorable day that will be hard to top.
Whether it is in your invitations, attire, décor or guest favours, your key elements will be bright colours, satins and spandex, the pages from old comic books and action heroes (whether painted, knitted or plastic). We have put a few more ideas together, but feel free to personalise these to make your day super-special:
- Create a superhero logo out of your initials and use these on all of your wedding stationery.
- Provide your guests with a red cape or a superhero face mask with the invitations or at the reception so that everyone can be a part of the theme.
- Drape red capes around the back of each chair.
- Label your food with cute speech bubbles, saying action words like “POW!â€, “BANG!†and “KAPOW!â€
- Name each table after a superhero or a super power and then adjust the décor accordingly (The Spiderman Table may, for example, have web silk wrapped around the napkins and little spider confetti).
